To make an appointment, select a service and click "Book an appointment." If you have an existing appointment, you can reschedule or cancel. Appointments are available for booking 30 days out from today.

NOTE: The Motor Vehicle Department offers basic driver’s license services — renewals, replacements, and Star Card applications — for most existing Idaho license holders. Testing is not available, as the office has no testing equipment.
All other Driver's License services MUST be handled by the Sheriff's Driver License Office. Appointments for these service types must be made through the
Driver's License Office.
