Welcome to NQ Appointment. To make an appointment, click "Make an Appointment". If you have an existing appointment, you can reschedule, as well as cancel the appointment if needed. Make sure to click “Confirm Booking” at the end to schedule your appointment.

Unless otherwise noted: each scheduled appointment is for one person/transaction only.

The following services are offered by appointment only:

• Concealed Weapons License (original or renewal) – 20 N. Main St. Rm. 112/Courthouse office only
• Driving Test – 7489 Forest Oaks Blvd./Spring Hill Office
• HazMat Test and Fingerprinting – 7489 Forest Oaks Blvd./Spring Hill Office
• Medical Driving Test – (Schedule by phone: (352)754-4230) Hernando County Residents only
• 3 N 3 Driving Test - (Schedule by phone: (352)754-4230) Hernando County Residents only
• Non-US Citizen DL – Courthouse office only Hernando County Residents only
• Non-US Driving Test – 7489 Forest Oaks Blvd./Spring Hill office Hernando County Residents only
• Out of State Resident Title Transfer – Courthouse and Spring Hill offices (maximum of two title transactions per appointment)
• Out of State Resident Title and Driver License Transfer – Courthouse and Spring Hill offices (maximum of two driver license transactions and two title transactions per appointment. Additional transactions will require a separate appointment.)
• Out of State Resident Driver License/ID Transfer – Courthouse and Spring Hill offices (maximum of two transactions per appointment)
(At this time, driving tests are only offered at the Spring Hill location, unless it is a Medical Driving Test or 3 N 3 Driving Test)

Notice for Non-US Citizens only:
Please be aware that you are required to have an appointment and be a Hernando County resident. If you have to take a Driving Test, click "Non-US Driving Test" appointment. All other services, click "Non-US Citizen DL" appointment. We will not allow multiple bookings under the same name as the appointments are one per person. There are no exceptions to these policies. Any appointment(s) made under the wrong category will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule. Multiple appointments under the same name will also be cancelled, except the most current booking.

All other services not listed are walk-in only.

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
• Only the customer(s) involved in the transaction will be permitted inside.
• Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.

To ensure that we can serve you during your scheduled appointment please see your appointment confirmation and visit our website for additional requirements before arriving for your appointment.

Please be on time for your appointment, if you are late your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

VIN verifications can be completed during your scheduled appointment. The vehicle must be present. Our employees cannot complete VIN verifications during inclement weather nor can we verify the VIN’s on the following vehicle types:
• Lifted pick-up trucks.
• Trucks or Semi-trucks
• Motorhomes or RV’s
These types of vehicles will need the VIN’s verified by a FL notary or a FL Motor Vehicle dealer.
