Notice: Passport Application fee & Execution fee MUST be paid separately.
Passport Application Fee - A CHECK or MONEY ORDER (Made payable to the U.S. Department of State) is required to complete the transaction. No other form of payment will be accepted.
Passport Execution Fee - Cash, Money Order, or Credit/Debit Card Accepted. (Transaction Fee will be applied to all Credit/Debit Card payments.) Money Orders for the Passport Execution Fee must be made out to Beverley McGrew Walker, FBC District Clerk.
The processing times designated by the U.S. Department of State are currently.
ROUTINE SERVICE: Up to 6-8 weeks
EXPEDITE SERVICE: Up to 2-3 weeks
Please remember: All applicants must appear in person (including minors). Minors under the age of 16 must appear with both parents. If one parent is not available, a DS-3053 form or a notarized authorization from the absent parent and a copy of his/her identification (front and back) is required.
